We are honoured to be hosting an evidence-led preventative nutrition event at the Croatian Embassy in London on 24 February.

This is not just an olive oil tasting.

It's an exploration of how exceptionally high-polyphenol olive oil may support healthy ageing by addressing oxidative stress — a key pathway linked to cardiovascular, metabolic and neurological health.

Dr Avkash Jain – Specialist in Preventative Medicine
Dr Jain will address the clinical relevance of oxidative stress and inflammation in chronic disease risk, and the role of dietary polyphenols in mitigation strategies.

Vesna Kramer – Olive Oil Sommelier
Vesna will guide a structured tasting focused on the sensory markers of polyphenol concentration, varietal characteristics, and quality indicators in estate-grown Croatian oils.

The Experience

Guests will experience a curated tasting of high-polyphenol olive oils alongside a selection of fine Croatian wines, within the distinguished setting of the Croatian Embassy.

The evening celebrates the best of Croatian terroir — from the Adriatic coast's exceptional olive oils to carefully selected wines that complement the tasting experience. Each wine has been chosen to showcase Croatia's rich winemaking heritage and to pair beautifully with the complex flavour profiles of high-polyphenol oils.

A food-based approach to living longer — combining science, taste and tradition in an elegant diplomatic setting.

This event marks the beginning of a wider series of educational evenings focused on practical, food-based approaches to healthy longevity.
